MILK RUN - 5 August 2005

These photos were taken at one of Sister Joan's fortnightly Milk Runs in the slums. On this occasion, over 100 young mothers (or in some cases grandmothers as the mothers were at work) collected baby formula milk and powdered milk for their children.

After the milk was distributed, Sister prepared coffee and had a chat with her volunteers before they all moved to a second location to distribute more milk.
